Join other HLSA Northern California Alums and get into the holiday spirit by volunteering at the SF-Marin Food Bank, Minnie & Lovie @ CCSF Pop-up Food Pantry!

Pop-Up Pantries are critical connection points for our community to receive needed groceries. Volunteers will be assigned to distribute groceries, recycle, assist with check in, or other duties. For those volunteers that want to carry on the holiday spirit, join us for more mingling, bites and a pint on us at Ocean Ale House after the event!

 

We have a Strict RSVP policy for this event so please RSVP for the total number of spots you will need and ONLY IF you are absolutely committed to attend!
 

Details:

- The length of each shift is dependent upon volunteer and participant attendance, product availability, and other constantly changing factors.
- Orientation and training are included in each shift.
- Volunteers MUST be 11 years or older and minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- Only volunteer if you are healthy and completely comfortable serving.
- Closed-toe shoes are required at all volunteer projects.
- We recommend volunteers not wear jewelry. If worn, all items must be covered by the provided gloves and/or hairnets.
- We will be outside, please wear comfortable clothing (we recommend layers, a hat, and sunscreen due to the ever-changing weather conditions)
- Be aware there will not be a place to store personal belongings, please do not bring valuables
